I got a interview call from Bangalore for that role. The one who spoke to me dint knew the pay range, I felt like he's from the project.

I have submit my workday details , Laptop request etc in Kyndryl .

Current Kyndryl Offer 8 LPA (BANGLORE- )
TCS offer 10 LPA (HYDERABAD - HOMETOWN)

TCS IS giving offer in my preferred location,
Whereas Kyndrl manager asks to relocate to Banglore.

Can I backout from Kyndrl now. Please help

I have an offer to do some consulting for a company based out of the UK (I am in the US). The job would not go through a consulting company but would be directly with the company. I have not done any consulting before so I am not sure how it works, what I would need to set up (they mentioned that I would start a LLC and bill them directly, no idea how to do that), how to determine the tax implications of this, or what hourly rate I would expect. There's a rumor that my firm is transitioning to unlimited PTO sometime soon. What happens to the PTO already accrued? I have planned family/medical leave in spring that I have been saving up for (firm only offers 1 week parental + 5 weeks STD) and so far what I've heard is leave + unlimited PTO = complicated.

Just got an offer that I want to take. They told me that the role is full-time, full benefits, includes equity, and is a much higher base salary than I currently make (+50%). But for some reason the role is paid out hourly. AKA a minimum of 40 hours a week at the rate of the salary / (52 * 40) then anything above that I get overtime. Why would they do this? What is the downside? Aren’t they paying me more with this setup than I would have taken if it was just salary? What am I missing?

compared with a role at a smaller mga, higher salary (around 30%) more , more visibility career wise and some great employee benefits , management seem to be supportive and low staff turnover

Y. O. E = 7 years (all relevant)
Role = Data Engineer, Senior Consultant
Current ctc = 20.5 LPA (due for a revisal in a week, can expect 20% so say a 24.5 LPA)

However I feel this is still low when compared to market for the yoe and skillset.

Ps: will negotiate for an internal raise or look for switch based on This..
