This is for my real estate agents. I’m brand new into the business and I adore the work. What tips or pointers can you give to a new agent- I’m in Las Vegas if it helps to be specific. If anyone has any book recommendations that’d be awesome as well. I’m looking to learn anything and everything. For example, learning what I can and can’t do to make a deal close

The volume of stock photography using people staring at their phone with a huge smile on their face is driving me nuts. Is that the best we can do? Ads, emails, banners, etc., sea of sameness.

Tonight Meghan said that she was concerned that “the first member of color in this family isn’t being titled in the same way as other grandchildren would be”. This was really disingenuous because none of the other great grand kids except William’s (for good reason) have titles either, so why would Archie be given one? This is why I feel like this interview was somewhat staged and that M&H are not exactly the most trustworthy.
How much does utilization matter at S&? Is it a simple over = ok/under = not ok metric? Does 100% get you less bonus than say, 110%? SA here so I'm pegged to 95%

I’d be okay with 1.5 years even, but 2 years and a few months at a role I know I’m kicking ass at sucks. Is it time to jump ship??
Greetings fellow HR members, I am currently looking for my next opportunity and looking at HR business partner/ HR Generalist or Associate HR manager. I’m open to remote work and East Coast and Midwest. Thank you for your Help.
Am I an attractive candidate at all? Or is it silly to think I could jump soon for a comp increase? 1 yoe BAH fed (7 yoe in nonprofit sector before that), currently at 90k. Have some generalist certifications (agile, prosci, working on instructional design). Non-technical, no master’s. Resume is mostly attractive bc of extensive international/cross-cultural experience & DoS experience. Am I still too “meh” with only 1yoe & no tech skills?
