You should ALWAYS get feedback from interviews when you are unsuccessful in securing the job. But not from the person who referred you, get it from the recruiter who was coordinating everything.
C1 - sorry to hear that. We provide quite a bit if feedback to HR so they can pass it on to you.

Nothing to lose. I’d thank them for the opportunity and ask if they mind sharing any feedback

You didn’t get the job, why bother? Just move on. And I don’t mean that in a mean way, just facts.
The interview process is very subjective. You got to where you are by being who you are. If you change that every time some interviewer provided their subjective feed back you’d be all over the place. They just pull anyone who has bandwidth to interview you, not even the best folks.
You may not get anything useful back
If you had interviews with them then wouldn’t you have an email from the interviewers? I would reach out that way instead.
Yeah I just figured maybe they wouldn’t feel comfortable disclosing thru company email but would do so thru the app

As a general company CYA rule, people are told not to provide feedback to avoid potential legal issues.
Ask for feedback. It is a very common, expected question after interviews. Ask anyone you have contact info for. Let them decide if they find it annoying or whatever else, don't decide for them. You have nothing to lose except 5 minutes. Its not like they can rescind an offer or fire you for asking, and they won't go out of their way to blacklist you.
Clients pay. Ask.
