Please help me with selection of company. I have 2 offers in my hand.
1. MNC (5000 employees) - 30 LPA (28 fixed and 2 variable)
2. Small Product company (200 employees) - 32 LPA fixed

The role is almost same in both.

What kills me about this practice is the percentage of things that are done just because of inertia. “We do it this way because we’ve always done it this way.” It makes the learning curve so much steeper because you spend so long trying to figure out what actually matters vs. someone’s preferences presented as the rules.

Folks! Almost 7 weeks. I have some pain on just one side of the pelvis. Some mild lower back pain on the same side. No other major preg symptoms except fatigue.
