Was asked if I thought about a career in management the other day. I thought about it, and for sure I feel like I have the experience. Any recommendations on what I should do for the next year to close a management role? I have interned as an AE, exceeded in a MDR role, was an AE at a company for a bit and doing some Enterprise SDR work now.

Which level of management should I be looking at as a goal? I was thinking SDR Management. Any advice?

I recently left my corporate paralegal role to return to a small personal injury firm. I was shocked to learn that the HITECH fee no longer applies if a client requests their medical records be sent to a third-party (e.g. attorney). Has anyone had any success modifying their HITECH request template for clients so there IS a fee limitation AND the records are sent directly to their attorney? Paying $100+ for hospital records is sickening.
