I think you’re overreacting to this tbh. If he did something that crosses the line (touched you, said inappropriate things, didn’t take no for an answer etc), then I get it. Outside of that, I wouldn’t be anywhere close to as spun up as you are at the moment
What makes him think it’s ok to say something like that? Why are people still objectifying other people? We refrain from saying derogatory words or phrases because it’s offensive to other people but how is this ok in the lightest bit? We don’t call someone the N word or the F word. It’s offensive to someone’s race and someone’s sexual orientation. So how come women who report this be seen as someone who’s bitchy or as someone who can’t take a joke? People are surely entitled to think what they want, but to say things out loud without thinking about the consequences is beyond me.
It doesn’t sound like he acted and even if he did I think you are over reacting especially since you were not at work. Maybe he finds you attractive and wants to get to know you. That doesn’t break any hr rules, even while it may be awkward.
Not worth your time as you have more important things to worry about
Totally inappropriate for a work happy hour (and for life in general but that’s just an opinion). Go ahead and report if it made you uncomfortable.
