Got a phone screening for an Applied Scientist position at Amazon.... this is literally a dream come true and I really want to maximize my chances of passing through all the interviews. Can anyone share their experience and any tips they might have? I honestly feel like I’m not qualified lol

Has anyone ever asked to renegotiate their salary after starting a job? I’m 2 months into my new job and I have far more responsibilities than what I was told. It’s a lot different than what was relayed in the posting and during the interviews. Additionally, they hired my counter part in as a senior manager which is at least $30k more than what I make. My peer has more experience so I expect that but I feel that I should be paid more, however I don’t want to leave a bad impression… any advice?

Hi All- I am using the Update Action to have a tab with a set amount of fields appear dynamically (since we do not have dynamic forms). Basically if I choose a picklist the tab with fields should show up or hide. Everything is working but I am not able to edit these fields. Any reason why?

I joined a startup as a principal PM and my role was a little nebulous at hiring but now it’s shaped to be something different given we’ve done a merger and reorged. Am I still a PM? I’m overseeing new large enterprise projects, defining overall strategy with business for 3-4 different PM teams. I’m defining early discovery and roadmapping and playing a bit of PMO (we’re hiring one to support) for now but overall I’m leading “PM” efforts and taking us to launch.

Anybody else feel like they don’t know wtf they’re doing? I’m two years and 4 projects in to my consulting career. Every time I start a new project I feel lost as shit and figure that it’s any day that an SM or MD will fire me and roll me off. I try to learn the role as much as possible and somehow bullshit my way through the job and end up receiving really good feedback every time. I’m on a new project now and I’m feeling stupid again when listening to everybody talking during a teams meeting.
