Hi, All.
I have been working in a product based company for 10 years and currently a program manager handling a team of approx 25+ members. My work majorly includes manual testing of smartphones voice quality assurance like VolTE, 5g, Current consumption etc.
I would really like to explore other opportunities but haven't been able to find any that have similar profile. Any advice on how to move forward in my career? Do I need to change my technical field?

Reviewing my staff's walkthroughs:

Dispute with credit card showing two charges.
Call an international customer service number for the country/region you had the problem in. I hear international call centers usually have English speakers and basically no wait times.
Work it through your CC company. Don’t waste your time with an incompetent property that double charges.
Call the Marriott platinum line
As wait times to reach customer service is incredibly long. Have been on the phone with the hotel and CS at least 3-4 times and no resolution yet. In addition to my refund as I was double charged, how many points should I ask for? Platinum elite, FWIW
I'm in the same boat. I'm trying to get my cash back first. Marriott support was awful pre-merger and now it takes forever to get them on the phone. Following to see if you get anything...
Did call the platinum line. Was finally able to get through and somewhat get this resolved. Will be getting a refund but the hotel never followed up. Will try to get some points for my aggravation as well
