"Kids today are so dumb right?! Haha" Y'all acting so high and mighty now that you're not completely useless. All of us started at pretty much the same point as interns.

It would also help to invest a small amount of time in training interns, you would be surprised as to how much they can achieve if you empower them and teach them rather than dismiss them as useless

These summers aren't even the top talent. They all went to Google/Facebook/McKinsey
^agreed with the empowerment. Honestly, like 75-80% of the interns I have worked with have been pretty good. They learn fast and work hard, can't ask for much else over a 10 week period.
