Still go. The opportunity to network with classmates far outweighs keeping a 6 figure job. If you are on that trajectory more than likely you will stay on that trajectory. Think long term

Then, that’s your choice. I wish you the best.

If the program is 2 years or longer I would imagine the job market has mostly recovered by then.

It’s 2 years masters in a fairly niche but growing area. Not worried about job prospects (as M1 noted, I have a good job now and so this experience I think would only continue to open doors vs close any)

Used my recommendations so if I don’t go not sure how I could ask them to write a different letter again. I want to go but feeling very mixed about it versus completely excited. Any others felt that way?

What kind of program? And are the exits solid?

Best time for grad school IMO

People joining TCS at Senior Consultant designation with 12 years exp, with no MBA degree or even from with exceptional experience in niche technologies is truth these days. Existing employees with 20 years exp working on presales consulting, winning millions of dollars of projects in RFPs, delivering multi million dollar assignments are still not getting promoted and paid in peanuts Makes me wonder if companies are really enjoying so called great resignation period. What's the thought ?

Hi fellow fishes, want your help on an aspect. I've been offered the Sr Consultant role at EY with 20LPA CTC. I'm at level 9 in Accenture with total 6 years of work experience (2.5 yrs pre-MBA and the remaining post-MBA). I'm getting a feeling that I've been lowballed (by quite a margin). Just wanted to know if that's the case and that this is the standard pay for this role at EY. Bdw, I'm an XIMB'18 grad. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance!
