Was just told that because I’m a better/ more strategic employee and have contributed more than my team that the expectations for me are higher than for others and that the reward is more work and brand building at the same position/pay. I’m scratching my head here and trying to understand what the logic is behind that statement and where it comes from. Can anyone please explain this to me?

When asked about salary expectations for internships is 50k-60k a good range for engineering roles an ok amount to ask for. I got 60k in my last internship and kind of want to ask for more but I don’t want to get rejected for asking for too much when filling out an application. Any thoughts

My numbers are great , and I always hit my quotas , but I can’t help but to feel like I’m being taken advantage of. Do you guys know of any other companies that are in the same or similar industry that pays more. The benefits are more than fine but I don’t make commission and it behooves me how I make the company an extra 10-20k a week but don’t see anything off it really.

Been with my current company 5 years now. I run my own team but have a micromanaging boss who likes to create chaos for me. He also exhibits stalker like behavior by looking up my family online (addresses, emails, phone numbers, FB/Twitter accounts, you name it) and driving by my house and commenting on things I was doing during the weekend or after work.
