The XYZ Company will NOT choose you if you are presented by Creative Circle, because they will have to pay them a finders fee. SO frustrating. Beware..it's always best to go direct.

SO filling out passport renewal form. Finished CKGS, however in the form at the Indian Passport site - instead of leaving "PREVIOUS/CURRENT DIPLOMATIC/OFFICIAL PASSPORT" SO filled in a previous regular passport info. (To SO's credit, the phrasing was odd to ask for a previous passport)

SO unable to log back into the Indian Gov Passport site. Is this a deal breaker or would they give this mistype a pass?

Anyone ever started at an agency and immediately knew you’d made a mistake? How long until you bailed?

How do you deal with a manager who always blame you for actions that the manager instructed me to do in the past? E.g. manager reviews client decks with you and instructs to just note a strict budget to report. After a week, manager rereads the same deck and blames me for not supporting the budget that was added per the manager’s request. We always have this situation, no matter how much I ask for clarity in any internal reviews. I even sent back the emails and slack chats as an attachment.
