I would not take this. This job is typically for ppl with much lower yoe (hence the pay). You deserve more.

How many YOE? If <2 (up to 3) then it’s ok more than that it’s too low, however that may be a function of the role and what they pay. Can’t hurt to negotiate. If you exit to tech you should see a 20% plus increase in comp especially in California.
If your at 155k at D I’m guessing 4 yoe plus in which case you can get a better exit than this
