Was offered a huge raise to go to a company that is 3 days a week in office and probably busier than my current job with not as good of benefits (still great).

Current job is very chill, and fully remote.. they countered to match the new salary and total comp.

I chose the new job, hoping the opportunities will push me further along in my career. Also need some discipline of going into the office vs sitting in my sweatpants all day at home.

Currently 23, base salary is ~100k and investments have brought 45k this year which has me teetering between a 22-24% tax bracket. Wondering what the usual tax bracket is of people retired (around 65yo) as I’m not sure anything would bring in significant income with the exception of investments. In my case would a Roth make sense? Appreciate any answers!!
