Also is it possible for a UI Developer in Nagarro to take up backend development work along with UI? I am currently working as a full stack Python developer and Got an offer in Nagarro as ReactJS Developer. I would also like to contribute in Backend Development as well. Heck yeah! Congrats. Sometimes, all we need is a little external push to get ourselves going and reanalyze our worth and so forth. I hope this is a great new role for you.
Always trust your intuition. For whatever reason you chose this new job, you are in the right place. Congratulations!

Can you refer me to the job you left?
Hahaha I was a out to ask the same!
You went with your gut and therefore you made the right move. Sounds like no family, didn’t want to keep being mediocre and wanted to get in front of people. If I was in your situation, I would have done exactly the same. Go out, grab a few drinks, mingle, live!!
Exactly! 👌🏻
Ah man :( can't believe you took an in person when you were getting offered a match for remote
It definitely will
CONGRATULATIONS!!!
🙏
Honestly seems like you downgraded from a fully remote job with the same comp and better benefits. Are the responsibilities and learning opps of the roles dramatically different?
Gotcha, the additional context makes the move make a lot more sense. Best of luck
I hope it was the right decision. I don't think I will switch from a remote job to an in-person one if it is what you want. Best of luck!

That’s great! Congratulations!
Which ever decision you made is the right decision. Congratulations on your new adventure!
I was laid off from a fully remote position making 120k in July, and the new job I started in September is 125k with three days a week in the office and it was the best thing to have happened to me honestly!!! I do not mind the commute (35 mins drive for me) and being around new people, being social ina new environment and not at home has made a noticeable difference in my happiness. I think you’ll feel very similarly! Congratulations!!!🥳
You never know until you try. I probably would have done the same thing to be honest with you. Hopefully it all works out! Best of luck to you in the new role.
I would choose the same option as well. I do love working from home because I get to spend more time with my family. But I have to admit that it made me want to always choose comfort more than anything which I think won't benefit me in the long run.
Being in person will change your life. You will likely get out of bed faster, have friends at work, get more work done, have questions for coworkers answered super fast, great choice. Also it’s not like it’s five days a week.
