But now my manager has initiated H1B visa for me and the visa process is in progress.
Is it worth to wait till the H1B process completes to work in U.S (74k package) (or) should i make a switch immediately. ?

Just get it, you won’t need to worry about it when you do find someone to be intimate with.
No period!!!!
(on Mirena / results may vary)
Same!! Haven’t bought/used a tampon in over 7 years
Ehn, I would wait until you have another partner so it would last longer while you’re active. Idk why you would want the pain for no reason 😭
I got the copper one for myself...no partner insight. It had significance for me as I finally felt ready to date seriously after two deaths in my immediate family. Ended up meeting someone a few months later. Sex without condoms is amaaazzzing!!✨
I would have waited if I was looking at hormonal options though. The less I put in my body, the better.
Just remember if you use an IUD it doesn’t protect you from STIs, so if you are dating new/multiple people that is something important to consider.
I'm a virgin with an iud - it's for heavy periods and it's amazing

As other people said no period! Also when I got my first IUD (on my second now) I had light spotting for the first couple months that was kind of annoying to deal with during sex. If you got it now you might be able to get past the spotting phase before having sex again.
Following this. Considering getting an IU and not sure whether to get copper or hormonal IUD? And if hormonal, mirena or kyleena?
I have the Skyla, it’s the smallest and good for 3 yrs. my obgyn recommended to me I not do copper since I had not had kids and my cervix was small.
IUD is great! I was on the pill for yeaaarsss and was so happy I finally switched
Copper more likely to cause more intense cramping, bleeding, spotting but can stay in longer
Hormonal can basically eliminate periods. It’s also really localized so you don’t need to be worried about systemic hormonal changes like with the pill.
Pain was minimal for me, but can def hurt for some. But shouldn’t deter anyone from getting it!
Hormones were totally not localized for me, my emotions were a mess on mirena. And my period never went away. Just saying, everyone’s reaction is different!
I love my IUD! I have a mirena. Haven’t had a period since it was placed in 2013, and on my second mirena iud now. I used to have the worst periods, heavy bleeding, mood swings, headaches, bloating, fatigue, cramps. It was so bad I would have to plan my life around my period, and it was very irregular. Mirena was one of the best life decisions I’ve ever made! The fact that it’s birth control is just a side benefit for me lol

how bad was the pain and for how long? planning on going on a physically intensive trip next week and wondering if i should get it after i come back. I’d be 4 days after i get ir
It is one sharp contraction-like pain. 30 seconds and you will know what childbirth is like (a bit) 😂
I got an IUD two weeks after I got broken up with because I knew I wanted more freedom to travel and not have to worry about prescriptions. Planning several long road trips this year and plus I’ve had time to let my body adjust to the new hormone delivery
