Noob query. So there is an LTA Reimbursement component in the FAP allocation. I've mistakenly set it to the max amount. Now in June, 2022 salary I only received half of the monthly expected amount. They’re probably trying to cover their ass or hold up your unemployment. Be aggressive.
If you didn’t sign anything, you have the right to sue. 😄 Mention a lawsuit and they’ll get back to you really quick (assuming you won’t want to work there again).
If you haven’t been formally terminated or given a termination date it in writing, it’s possible that you might technically still be employed. Which is, to say, making them consider if the clock is still running on your regular salary and their responsibility to either pay that or move forward on termination docs might be a good move. Also good advice above — seek legal counsel.
Sounds like LBC or Publicis. Nothing unusual. Quick to fire - slow to pay.
