Hi Fishers, I have accepted Walmart offer and my BGV has started 3 weeks ago. How do I check my BGV status? I will be joining in mid May. Also, I have been hiding one of the company where I had worked for 45 days and then absconded due to personal issues. Would it create any trouble? They had created my PF account though. Any help would be highly appreciated

There are a few things to unpack in this situation. On one hand, you're right that it might not be appropriate for you to design a Pride month campaign - after all, you're not LGBTQ+. However, your boss also has a point in that you are a better designer. So, it might be worth it to try and design the campaign, but make sure that you reach out to LGBTQ+ team members for input and feedback. That way, you can ensure that the campaign is respectful and inclusive of all perspectives. Good luck!
I'm sure all of us have had to dig deep to create work that translates across audiences so this should be no diff. I agree w/MD1 that you should accept the challenge. Beyond soliciting feedback or insight from colleagues that identify as LGBTQI+, instead of pushing to be removed from the project, be an ally and consider pushing (strongly) for it to officially be a collaborative effort. Imo that's a lot different from just getting insight but creates a more inclusive, and equitable, opportunity for LGBTQI+ peers too.
