Hi Folks,
Hope you are doing well, I need valuable suggestion on few of my queries.
I had joined KPMG(KGS) on April 2022, during the interview i have been told that i would be working on Java Backend Development as my background belongs to same technology and my interview was also happened on Java/Spring/Microservices; but they put me on Low-Code / No code Platform and its totally tool based work. I am frustrated with the current work as i didnt find anything productive to learn.Continued in com KPMG @

Plant resuscitations go!
Anyone know what is eating my favorite plant?? 😭

Agree it's plant dependent, but I think a good baseline is watering once a week then seeing how your plants react. You aren't going to kill any plant by only watering it once a week (except maybe cactus), so start with that and see how they do.
I water mine from the bottom and let them absorb what they need
Does this take a long time? Also how do you know when it's has had enough water using this method
I think that is plant dependent. I have some that I let dry completely and others that like to stay moist. My croton will get dry between, but my fern always stays a bit damp.

so interesting..I put stones on the top of the soil and when I did my weekly watering, it overflowed lot quicker that generally, which would mean the water was retained in the soil!!
