I’m not a fancy car person, always had Hondas growing up, so just looking for something that will be good in the winter, get me where I need to go, small enough for city parking, etc. Any suggestions?

What is the best thing to do when project has unrealistic expectations (way too much work)? Work/life balance considerations aside(there is none), main concern is lowered work quality.

I was brought on to the project in the middle. I felt alienated by other staff (managers are good). No other staff would explain anything and no one ever includes me for any conversation

Got a 90 day performance review on Monday and this morning just received notice of two separate minor *fixable* mistakes caught by the client… poor timing to say the least 😞
