Hi All,
Persistent Systems is giving 10% variable on gross annual CTC. HR says you would receive minimum 70% of variable pay every month and remaining 30% will credited once a year at the end.
Does anyone has idea on this? Can I believe this and include 70% variable in my take home

Best not to swoop down to their level. Maybe ask questions about what they're going through. Could be that they're rude bv they're taking frustrations out from something else going on outside of work
Always be diplomatic, don't raise your voice and if they are out of line, escalate straight to HR. Even better if you have some kind of proof in writing etc. Although honestly, it really depends on HR handles it so I'm not always confident in that strategy haha
Good answer. You have to be diplomatic or you will lose in the long run. They will remember if you raised your voice or something. Just keep cool and wait for an opportunity to talk to HR.
