A2 in audit and not really feeling like it’s the job for me - been feeling the downstream effects of staffing shortages and having started my job fully remote with zero office time. I believe I am depressed and my therapist told me that I am showing signs of depression. I worked very hard to get my current job in July 2021 and currently, I am not liking what I do for work. I also had a hard break up in May 2021. From May - July 2021 I developed eating disorders and I hardly ate one meal a day. Right now, I am on the other extreme. I eat a lot, crave junk food and I don't exercise. As soon as I get done with work at 5, I start binge watching movies/series. Cont.

Would you recommend dropping out of an MHA program from a non-target school (1 year in) and just doing well on the GRE to get into a top MBA?

I planned to go to medical school after my undergrad, but ended up cancelling my matriculation due to mental health reasons. Panicked and enrolled in an MHA (it doesn't teach any hard skills). I don't want to be mediocre, and I've been getting rejected by a lot of companies. I'm worried about my future. Recommend dropping?
