We all know consulting/advisory jobs in big 4 and mbb are tough and high burn ones. Expectations of high stress and long working hours are there. Why would people still want to work and stay in those jobs and expecting the companies to bend with their low stress tolerance.

This job feels like it’s killing me slowly. Physically, spiritually, emotionally. Working to stay positive and opportunistic. Anyone willing to share solutions? I want to be productive and positive.

I’m intrigued but I want to know 2 things:
1. Culture/WLB - how is it?

Got offered may be 5% above my current pay with 5k bonus, but in lower level at Deloitte. I think working lower level will give me more opportunities to learn as i think i have lot to learn.
