We are a larger independent agency in several low cost of living markets. Our people are being recruited by agencies in larger, more expensive markets. Anywhere from 30-60k more for low to mid range positions and being told they can WFH permanently. How are you handling hiring WFH positions? Are most of you now hiring all talent to WFH in all states/locations?

Are any top consulting firms hiring for experienced analysts currently? I know ACN and some others are cyclical for resources 2-3 years out of college, but I’m looking to make a move sooner than fall

I've been at FCB Health NY for about 8 months now. I was assigned to a launch brand, which launched 2 weeks ago. I received a glowing 6-month performance review yesterday. My supervisor thanked me for on-boarding her (yes, you read that right) and all of my hard work juggling a high-volume work load. She said that she has recommended a merit-based raise and that our Creative Director agrees. She didn't specify how much of a raise. What is a typical merit-based raise for FCB/this industry?

PHR vs SHRM vs AIRS? Which one should I pursue?

I have a friend in London that has a fantastic offer from GS - he will also be in HR. But he currently has a pending charge against him that his lawyer is pretty confident that he can get the case thrown out. It’s an assault by beating charge and was done in self defense after the other person trespassed and walked up to my friend in a threatening way. My friend wants to turn it down as his lawyer doesn’t think he will pass vetting. Given the circumstances, possible he can be upfront & pass bgc?

This is a problem I think most orgs are facing so I’m curious what others are doing. Our entire workforce needs to increase analysis and critical thinking skills. They aren’t great with consuming curated content, even when delivered in micro learning. What are you/your orgs doing to develop these skills?
