I have joined Capgemini Engineering. coimbatore . I came to know that many employee was fired from job who was in probation period stating that he is non conformance for the project. First thing is in my experience I never seen a company firing an employee in just 3 months after joining stating NC. he was given a totally new project from his skill set, also he was not given a second chance to access his skills. Is this even legal for company to fire without any notice, is it safe to be here?.
Can anyone who works in FAANG or similar companies tell me more about the creative/technological freedom there?
I mean I have heard that they allow you to enlist in any project in any technology that interests you and even lets you start new projects if it is approved by management. How far is this true?
