Made it to Amazon last round, and rejected. All I got was an email from the recruiter saying they didn't move forward. The team seemed great, and the turnover didn't seem terrible as everyone I interviewed with was there for 3 years or longer. It seemed like a great group doing good work. I'm crushed.

After competency based interview with AVP and onsite Tech lead....what all other round expected for Application support profile ?

I just had an interview for a pretty big tech company, and it was the final step for an offer (just a one on one with the hiring manager, skipped the panel portion). During the interview, I didn’t get to speak at all! The hiring manager spoke the entire time and didn’t ask me any questions, I had to practically chime in to tell her about myself. The only thing she asked was if I had any questions about the role (which I did ask). Thoughts about this? Not sure what to think or how it turned out.

Any tips how to tell a company that you're going with another offer, but in a way that keeps that relationship and door still open?
After many interviews, I ended up with 2 great offers, and I'm about to do 1 final interview. I liked all 3 hiring managers, all 3 companies, but 1 is the winner and I'm accepting the position.

I have received positive feedback on my interview but the job says "Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future". I will require sponsorship. Does that mean Deloitte will now be able to hire me? Or will it just delay the hiring process? What was your timeliness if you were in the same boat with deloitte?

The job entails not only to bill for dme (cms 1500) but also to follow up on any denials or appeals, amongst other administrative duties. My questions are is it typical to have 1 person doing both the billing and denials within a new vertical for all ins.? How difficult is billing for dme as I only have experience in gyn onc and lactation billing? What's a fair salary? I have 8+ yoe in rcm, no certs.
