Why not workday? SAP and Oracle have been clunkier (they all are clunky in some ways) in my experience. Have not heard of HiBob.

Workday will not sell to you unless you are a large enterprise organization. They have restructured their sales plan. My company is small to mid-size, so too big for Bamboo HR and too small for Workday.

I had direct contact with a coworker on Wednesday. He called me Wednesday night that he tested positive for Covid. We were both wearing masks, but I accidentally drank from the same water bottle as him, so very direct. I stayed home Thursday & Friday because of this and got the rapid test an hour ago, which came back negative. I am reading contradictory information and am trying to determine if I am in the clear, or if it is possible that getting tested 48 hours post contact was too soon.
