I had my first technical round of interview as Sr. Android developer with Tech Mahindra and It went well. How long does it take to know about the result. Also how many rounds are there? The interviewer refused to say his name nor he appeared on video in the interview. Is that the company policy? Tech Mahindra

I called my baby it until I could clearly feel him kick. It’s just an easy pronoun to use, I wouldn’t read too much into it
Uh. I have a baby in me and I call it “it” all the time. What do you want from me? “Sir/madam”?
He doesn't have his baby growing inside of him. I wouldn't read to much into that comment.
I know it’s just a pronoun but I couldn’t imagine calling my baby “it"
I call my baby “it” sometimes, especially when talking to strangers. I also call the baby “her”, “baby” and trial various names with my husband for a few weeks to see which feels right.
The Swedes use “hen” as a gender neutral alternative to his and her. Just another option, I think it’s kind of cute :)
It wouldn’t phase me - people get weird and clunky with language when they don’t know which gender to use
I mean when I thought about it, made sense since they don’t know gender. Just an emotional response I guess
Ive been calling the baby inside of me “it” since the beginning. I am 6 months in, have known the sex for a long time now but still use “it” as well as “he” and “baby”. I mean, my SO calls me out for it but I like to use “it”!
For many non-native English speakers, pronouns don’t have gender, so when translating to English, they will often use “it” instead of he or she. Also, it is his baby... let him love it and you love yours. No need to waste your energy worrying about and judging his pronouns
I always called my baby it. If I called it they or he people would freak out as if I knew the sex or was having two. Damned if you do. Damned if you don’t
