Trying to decide on vanguard v fidelity for Roth. Vanguard has annual account fees & no fractional shares. In the long run people have made the argument that vanguard is run by the people but their user interface is lacking & I heard customer service is not as good. Overall, looking to max gains. Fidelity has lower expense ratio of index funds I want but does not have as large assets under management and history with their total market fund compared to vanguard.

Anyone have creative ways to use an FSA? No kids and good health but expected an expense that might not happen
