Hi fishes! I had asked for benefits other than CTC which Bank of America provides & now that I've completed 1 month here, here's the list of allowances you'll be getting irrespective of position/band:
1. Sodexo: 1300 p.m./ 15,600 p.a.
2. Transport allowance: 900 one way, 1800 two ways p.m./ 21,600 p.a.
3. Internet: 1500 max p.m. (other than that, one time installation charges)
4. Tuition fee: Any certification related to your field. Like CFA, FRM etc. 3,00,000 p.a.

Sounds like a good benefit at face value but pretty unfair to those without kids.
I agree. I am at an age where my kids are grown. It's the people without children that will need to pick up the slack.
I was a single Mom without family near. No one helped me with them. Not financially, not with child care, and not through my employer. Not saying it was right, just people need to care for their own without expectation from others.
Honestly, I liked consulting but I now see the extreme flaws in the partnership model of consulting. Y’all just padding the exec’s pockets...

Tech companies are just killing us with their insane benefits..
This is literally the law. As far as I can tell MSFT is doing no more than required by Congress. Congress required 80 hours of extra paid sick leave (above company policy) for COVID reasons l, including 2/3 pay to care for kids with cancelled school. The same pay added 12 weeks of paid FMLA for COVID reasons.
It’s actually really significant. The US has never had federally mandated paid leave policies.
