Hello, currently I am on notice period, last month I have worked on saturday and applied for compensatory off in BMS tool, and in workday I had applied as Casual time off as my manager told m to do so. now I am getting leave type mismatch email , and manager is saying you can ignore that email. So my question is did it impact in my Full and final settlement or final letter? I @m confused now. Please help

I regret choosing Deloitte India over USI, salary is same but i liked the clarity of my leadership team, which is still the same they are awesome, but USI people are getting many benefits, on time Hikes and appraisals, but i don't get all of those, which is kinda depressing.

How do you usually ask for PTO? I have the days accrued but I have PTSD from a past job about asking for time off. I’m wanting to take 5 days in June for a family trip and know I need to put in the request to the partners I work for sooner rather than later. I'm an introverted person, like to keep to myself, focus on work, spend the rest of my time on family, gym etc. I've been told that I need to work on my communication and client relationship building skills. any books I can read? I don't follow pop. culture anymore, no longer actively follow team sports (but sporty myself) as I consider it bread and circus for the masses and don't rly enjoy work drinks... Am I doomed? Personally I am happy and love the work but fear for my career progression.

Ok travelers, what was your most surreal experience on a flight?

Guy just opened the cabin door to try to get on my flight after flashing his boarding pass through the window to cabin crew. Immediately arrested. So far, nothing even comes close for me.

A first for me, after 1.6 million miles. Thankful for a delay. The delay on the connector saved me a night at ord Hilton after the ludicrous delay on the first leg.t. Truly grateful united
