Hi fishes. I am currently based out of Delhi and am on my notice period and i have 2 offers from Citi pune (18.48 lpa base) and Paypal bangalore (20lpa base) for the role of data analyst. Any suggestions which offer to take? Heard about layoffs and hiring freeze in paypal. Also, 0 probation period in Citi where as 6 months of probation in paypal Yoe: 3 years Any suggestions?

I have joined a company few days back.
I am getting opportunity to apply at two very good companies.
But for both companies process will take 2-3 weeks.
So what shall I tell HR why am applying when I have already joined a company?
Also if I am getting offer then can I get relieved in a month ? (Nothing is mentioned on offer letter for notice period during probation period, otherwise it is 3 months)
