We have 20-30 pc towers in storage. Most work well but we moved to laptops during COVID. What’s the best option to get rid of them?

Is anyone's agency putting into place travel or work from home policies in response to the coronavirus? I have to admit, I'm terrified. I have an underlying condition that would make pneumonia deadly.

Is Amex really worth it? My wife has a platinum card, and I have a Gold card - mostly because we used to travel a lot for work, but this has changed since COVID. Amex is increasing platinum fees to $675 a year, which would normally be a lot, but even more so when we're not using airline lounges, Uber kickbacks, travel perks, etc. nearly as much as we used to.

Excused myself from work today with COVID symptoms and took a test. My wife works full time & is on her own with our 3 month old until I get a negative test result... keeping it under wraps in hopes I’m not positive. No question here, but shit just got real.

How to deal with quarter life crisis?

Most of us joined their first job after college with very high hopes (Like : Yeaah my job, I'mma be solving real world problems now).
Most of our jobs turned out to be not so impactful. (like rudimentary shoveling data into neat piles of PPT).
And we have to do this for life.
I can't seem to shake of the feeling completely even after almost 3 years into working.
(Normalise time to ~1.5 years due to distorted sense of time due to Covid)

Is it worth deferring MBA enrollment to next fall (if possible) or starting the application process again in a few months? I’m concerned about the impact of Covid-19 on the b-school experience.

I have been WFH ever since Covid hit. Which I love! ( I do miss the social part of it tho). But I feel ever since then, I became SUPER lazy. (Not with my work) I live in NYC. When I needed to go to the office, I would wake up at 5am, go to the gym, take the train, go to work, come home, cook, spend time with my daughter and help with HW and spend time with my husband. Do it all over the next day. Now my energy is SUPER low. Stopped working out too. Anyone here could share their WFH Routine?

I was an assistant PM for about 3 years before I was promoted as a PM. I was promoted during Covid while other ppl were being let go. I didn’t feel it was the right time to negotiate my salary. Meanwhile I was the dedicated person to training all new hires. I found out as a PM training an APM, this individual was getting paid $2k more than me. She was recently let go and I received a $8k salary increase to get to mid $80k. I feel it’s low as PM in construction. Tips on salary negotiations?

Rarely miss sending reports on time, but some of the clients request updates every 20-30 days. I try to respond timely, but don’t always, often will just send a reply saying I will have this for you within 1 week or ASAP. Since October, one of the supervisors for this company will periodically email the head of our department (not cc’ing me) and say they are missing reports. (Cont.)
