How mad should I be? My big law employer is not giving me my fee credit bonus of over $10k. I secured an in-house full time secondment opportunity at a public company that has lasted for over 6 months. My law firm was required by the client’s general counsel to give me 60% fee credit. Now, my law firm is not honoring the associate fee-credit bonus program because they have “removed me from the associate review process” because the client is likely going to hire me full time (Hallelujah).

Guys, question. Once we have the I-140, I know that we get EAD and yearly H1B extensions. Do we have to follow the same process for these extensions that we followed for original 3yrs H1B extension? Also we this new memo, are these extensions under scrutiny too??
