I’m struggling with an internship I’m currently in. I’ve been asked to complete a project that I’ve been working on but I’m struggling. I’m asking to schedule a meeting on Monday to go over my work and get some but it honestly feels embarrassing to keep asking. The work shouldn’t even be that difficult but I feel dumb. I’m looking to leave my job and have 2 interview processes going on at the moment. One is with a company I love with a role that would be a good challenge and double my current pay, but they have a hiring freeze at the moment with an end date this fall (supposedly). The other is a great opportunity for me to lead a team and a whole program with a little less money than the other role.
