From what I hear about 80% of exp hires leave Accenture withing 4 years. Can someone give 1st hand experience and why they left? Are these usually people from Consulting or from general background. I can understand that some people might have issues with getting staffed at level 7 and above but there also could be other reasons. Is this the same with other consulting firms or it is mostly an Accenture thing? Has Accenture really have done anything to improve this or it is taking from their side?
