Hello fishes
Being Scrum Master what are the requirements from Capgemini or Clients to put me to Onsite role? (Either it may be Certifications, Qualifications, External factors or any challenges anybody faced surprisingly)
Please help me here to understand, as there's discussions going on and I don't want to let go this opportunity!Capgemini

I've worked at the same engineering firm for 4 years. I'm currently making $161k with only a $750 bonus, but excellent vacation (4 weeks, cash out anytime, rolls over indefinitely), 45 hours a week. I have an interview with a recruiter at Guidehouse this week for a Technical Project Manager role. It seems to be focused in the government space and requires a security clearance. What sort of salary and benefits could I expect for this sort of role at Guidehouse?

It is forcing us to BE and not just DO. To be out of autopilot will make us feel uncomfortable, disoriented, anxious, weird,... Take some time to feel these feelings. Then, think about all the questions that your autopilot hid from you, so it can make you move faster.
Why do I exist? What does life mean? Am I happy? Am I content? Do I make people I love and take care of happy? Have I achieved what I wanted? What are important values for me? Have I been practicing these values? How am i spending my day? The world has stopped for you so you can re-begin. Do not foolishly waste this rare one in a million chance. #COVID19 #CoronaVirus #copied
You rock, I have been thinking along these lines but frankly afraid to say it. I hope the reactions stay positive because this is an imperative now in my view. Be safe all.

I’m seeing a lot of people evaluate their own lives(this job isn’t satisfying me, travel is t worth etc) and also evaluating society(private insurance is going to fail us miserably, authority figures have dropped the ball)
I don’t think we are going back to how we were before. This kind of feels like 9/11, like we’re watching a new type of world being born
I’ve seen some posts about people rethinking things, especially traveling, during this time. I do hope it helps people get some perspective.
This has actually forced me to work more and harder than I ever have before. People still want to get stuff done. And now there’s a lot more following up to track things down. And everyone assumes you’re home and can work always. So it starts earlier and ends later. Am I the only one?
