Hi! I need some help negotiating a raise. I have been working for this company for exactly 3 months now, but I was hired as an AGM. I'm not specific on what my responsibilities are as AGM.
However the GM at the time, quit 1 and a half months in. I was thrown into the role and have been handling it since.
My regional calls himself our GM but is never on site.

Anybody work on a small team where you are the only diverse member? I have always worked in places where by chance the group was diverse. Few recruiters reached out to me and have been offering a hefty salary. Similar situation last year was different. I.e I see salary difference of 30 to 40% in base salary range. I am too excited to take the offer’s, but also scared that is it just momentarily and when market stabilizes they would fire folks???? The companies reaching out last year and this year are different ; none of them are big tech companies.
