Remote work.. flex schedule.. ask them directly how they would feel more appreciated. It’s key to not generalize. Each persons needs are different.
Flexible schedules, the ability to WFH, generous PTO (which isn't technically coming out of an additional budget) are all great. Honestly, I'd send out a survey and see what people have to say. What matters to one may not to another, and vice versa, but it might give you some great ideas to start with.
Maybe something like quarterly/yearly training and connectivity events to keep the company connected and feel appreciated.
Perhaps additional PTO, mental health Fridays, etc.
Gym/wellness reimbursement and summer Fridays
Remote work, fitness reimbursements, mental health/mindfulness initiatives, freebie pto days if poss, day off on your birthday,. I agree with the above rec on doing a survey to see what people want
