We have signed a night nanny. Maybe it’s my hormones, but I start to worry that the nanny may get sick during her daily activities and pass it to the newborn. She is a responsible person and promises that she wouldn’t come over if she’s sick. But sometimes one can spread virus before the symptoms start to show. Any suggestions?

Has anyone experienced what feels like dramatic blood sugar decreases without having diabetes? Just accepted a formal offer for a remote position last week. I start in July and need to give my two weeks notice by Friday. Still need to do background and maybe drug test (I am not worried about it) but was waiting to make sure everything is sorted before giving my notice. Wow I am so tired. I’m 12, almost 13 weeks and the fatigue has just hit me like a ton of bricks these past few weeks. It’s making it hard to focus or put in effort with work. Normally, this behavior would bother me… but I kind of don’t care? Anyone else relate?

How soon after ovulation did you test ?

Venting moment: can we discuss how every symptom is either “you’re miscarrying/dying” or “totally normal pregnancy symptom” and there is no in between? Crazy cramps? Either ectopic/dying or normal because hormones. Sudden horrible back pain? Either miscarriage or totally normal because hormones.

At 8 weeks I’m so exhausted that I can barely function or think straight. Taking midday naps, shutting down early, but I have no energy to work beyond the bare minimum, and especially not for house chores. I feel so guilty but I just want to sleep even though there’s so much to do. Help.

Hello! I’m only about 4 weeks pregnant, so super early. I am about to go on vacation and thankfully did a quick search on some “dos and donts” for the first trimester. I am v disappointed to see I shouldn’t do saunas and hot tubs as my vacation was really planned to be all relaxation.
