Typically, once you go to HR, things should become confidential and you shouldn’t be talking about another employee with a colleague. Clearly the colleague you complained to went to HR. Keep it professional.
Why isn’t your boss & HR aligned? Also why doesn’t your boss know that HR will now manage her? Is your boss aware that HR is seeing it as negative?
At thos point she makes excuses for everything the employee still hasn’t done. Not answering emails etc. Not from me by the way. I think this girl cried in HR and now she thinks the company is the big bad guy. The employee is very young and wasn’t a good for for the responsibilities at the end of the day.
