“We’re all homos...homosapians”
It’s not as black and white as you’d think. Discrimination of all kind is wrong but defining it will need a thorough consideration. We are at a cultural crossroad where the core definition “sex” is being defined, and I don’t think it should be taken lightly one way or other.

K1 - yes. Definition has changed. And it has expanded to so many that the term “sex” has become so vague that Facebook at one point allows 70+ variations and now it has now resort to allow user to enter whatever they want. It’s great for social media but it undoubtedly will have some impact to legal and employment. It’s no longer a territory where you can scientifically determine a sex. It has become a simple he said/she said toward the sex.
I agree that employment discrimination should include sexual orientation or even how they want to identify. But it should now provide a legal definition on each orientation and identification to avoid a simple “convenience” change to hide from repercussion.
Again, I don’t have the answer to make everyone happy. But I do hope it won’t become a blanket decision that could do more harm than good.
