PwC unfortunately no, it's not... Myself works only if you are the subject as well. It's a reflexive object. Now if you're saying that southerners have bad grammar and it makes them look silly then yeah you're right I guess. And I say this as a proud native from the Deep South who would never use myself vs. me incorrectly
