How do you go about building trust with your partner?

I’m in a fairly new relationship (few months) and it’s long distance. Both of us have trust issues, and we are trying to find way to build that trust between us. We want to do it without having to constantly prove ourselves, as we feel that undermines much of the trust.

Will i get experience letter/relieving letter? In my project i worked really well got lot of appreciations considering that will they wave off the bond agreement amount?

I started a new job at the beginning of the year and things have been great so far. Today I got a message from a recruiter for a role at a startup that sounds really interesting. I’ve always been interested in working at a startup, but don’t think it would be a good idea to move jobs within a year. Should I even talk with the recruiter to learn more or just keep working in a role and company I’m happy with? Thanks for any input.

Hi! I’ve been in implementation consulting for the last couple years but am really interested in pivoting into an SE role. Got decently far with one tech company but ultimately rejected for lack of sales experience. Any advice on breaking into the role without direct background?

Would love to know - do you guys typically see a big difference between Solutions Consultants versus Solutions Engineers? Inherently one sounds more technical than the other, but would love your take.

Additionally, what typical career paths do you see for SC/SEs to grow into? Ideally a path that leads to a lot of money (currently making just south of $200k)

Hey All. I had my 2nd round interviews for a Lead Solution Engineer role at Salesforce on Monday (2 days ago). It was w/ 2 separate SEs, and I thought both interviews went very well. Have yet to hear from the recruiter, though, which seems odd. Especially given how responsive the recruiter's been prior to this.

Is that normal? Do I just need to be patient or should I mentally prepare for a rejection? Thanks!

What should my salary be? 2 years of experience as a SE in health tech, 2 years in customer success, and 2 years as a performance specialist at a health insurance company. Location: Washington D.C. metro area.

1-2 quarterly MBOs are part of my variable compensation. These MBOs are essentially contributions to the business or projects above and beyond standard SE responsibilities. Do MBOs typically come into play while you are getting fully ramped / onboarding, or the quarter after? Any great MBO / Project examples that others have completed?
