What is the advice on what feedback to leave for a peer who really sucks at everything y'all have worked together on? Hi. What do you do with a gaslighting boss and coworker in a small office? I also don’t feel like my boss even cares about me. Examples- there was a man with a gun in parking lot that I had to flee from and call police, he didn’t care- just asked me when I was coming back to work.😳 zero compassion. didn’t care I had a blinking light above my desk, waited two months to fix it though my eye was twitching! Makes me feel like a burden for taking care of my health, etc. and gaslights me regularly!
