Hi Mamas, I am choosing an OB. There are 3 options. 1. A private practice with a very experienced physician who has 4.9 stars everywhere. The only concern is what if this person is on vacation. 2. A medium size practice with several experienced OBs. Rating is 4.5. 3. A large university-affiliated hospital with 15+ OB. The concern is that they might have a doctor in residency so your delivery. I'm sick of all my people leaving after 2-3 years. I'm great. 8.5 hour days, unlimited PTO, and we have a fire every other month at most. Remote. Pay is competitive and errs on high. Progression is transparent. There's a focus on education and growth. So what the fuck is next? I'm thinking 4 day work weeks. Let's see em get poached by companies with 5 day work weeks, amirite?
