This is very common and actually a really good outcome. Even using eggs from a new retrieval, it would be an amazing outcome to have three embryo’s.

Check this post which crowdsources people’s observations. Seems like an issue with your lab/sperm/egg quality if only 3 are fertilized out of 11 mature eggs.

OP said all of the frozen eggs survived the thaw, so I don’t think your point applies. If you want to point to some relevant clinical studies, a Duke study found that fresh donor eggs (24%) resulted in a 2% higher pregnancy rate compared to frozen donor eggs (22%) - it wouldn’t be enough to explain the difference in OP’s dropoff numbers. https://corporate.dukehealth.org/news/analysis-use-fresh-donor-eggs-ivf-has-small-advantage-birth-outcomes
