To peeps who work for Elon Musk - what's the WFH situation? My boyfriend is interviewing for a job in Elon's company. He was told the role was on-site only. We're not sure we want to move right now and the comp is not really worth moving but the role itself is appealing to him. Do you think it's worth going through interviews and trying to negotiate working from home?

I’ve been trying to recruit attorneys to join our team at my firm but it’s been incredibly difficult to do so, even for friends of mine who I know are working at firms which are really terrible. It seemed a lot easier to get people before Covid hit as people changed firms all the time but now it seems much more difficult.

Has anybody had this same experience? Does anybody know the cause? Finally, does anybody have any helpful tips?

Alright y’all, I’m a realtor in the Western nc area but I’m looking to invest as well. Ultimately, I love the 1% rule. I am looking for a property that can either meet or exceed that and follow appreciate. I don’t mind reno but would prefer not a ton. What markets would you suggest to look at? I’m thought a Myrtle beach condo but am concerned about HOA fees and requirements to rent through the in house management company. Nc rent rolls aren’t really keeping up with prices. Any suggestions? @

Thinking about relocating in a year or two, considering renting out our 55 year old townhouse vs selling. I have some concerns that the bones are pretty mediocre (old plumbing has leaked for me, electrical is aluminum). How would you decide and if renting, how do you budget differently for repairs?

Further context: I already rent out a tiny condo I have by using a property manager, and if I kept this townhouse I'd turn management over to them as well.
