Hi fishes, what are the chances of Pwc AC bangalore rescinding an offer given the current market condition? The role in my offer letter seems to be pretty generic and during interviews, it didn't look like, they were interviewing for a particular project or team. I have doubts specifically because of HR's behaviour during the whole recruitment process where they never responded to my emails or calls. Is this normal practice?

Some more info: we’ve also been toying with the idea of EM being a role/skill and not a formal position.
Yes, that’s a good way to do, especially if you’re a smaller firm. Bring a SC/M level early on, preferably early in the presales process, and slot them into the EM role for the project.
Every project has an EM (though the EM might be relatively junior and carry a title like senior associate or consultant). And yes, an EM preferably focuses on one project, two at most.
Our EMs can be on multiple projects and usually only dedicate 1 day and a few hours the rest of week
My last firm was pretty small so we had 1 EM overlook 2-3 projects and then a SC who was the PM be the onsite lead.
Yes, or sometimes a principal instead of an EM (PL here). They’re full time. Once in a while you’ll see a project that just needs an experienced stand-alone consultant with some partner oversight.
