I’m sorry to hear they are doing this to you. I really don’t understand why big agencies think it’s ok to do this to creatives. Small agencies, which have less money, pay me in under 30 days. For big agencies that ghosted me on pay, I would email them twice a week. Doesn’t NY have that freelance law about paying within 30-45 days or you can report them?
Yup! Over 30 days since we invoiced.
Same.
Wait, you’ve had the same issue??

So their recruiters and their finance team ghost? Damn. Has it been over 30 days?
Not speaking for them but as a former agency producer, practically the only thing on a 30 day cycle is the electric bill. There was literally only 1 animation vendor approved for payment at 30 days. All others were closer to 60 days.
For individual freelancers (not corporations, & this sounds like your case??), I agree 30 days is ideal but again getting paid at 45 days or even 50 is not unheard of.
I’m okay with waiting. They should just reply to an email and let us know 👁
Well did you win the pitch?
They won the pitch
OP reach out to the pitch Producer or Project Manager every week until you’re paid. That has worked for me in the past.
Head of Production and or the recruiters that hired you. Preferably HR. Especially if it was a nice experience and you’d like to go back but you tell them that you have not been paid.
