A utopian and rhetorical question, yes?
You’re not gonna find that much difference between all 3, unless you can get more specific about market/practise. It depends on your leader and day to day team, and the client, not just the overarching agency culture. Balance is not something you can easily define - it is situational: are you fighting to retain or win business? No balance. Are you working on a stable account and are the clients respectful of the team? If it gets crazy, will you be supported? Some of these questions may have different answers a week from now, that’s the nature of our business, so it’s really hard to narrow it down… I’d encourage you to think about what you want in your career growth and assess the 3 agencies through that lens. If you’re looking for an easy life, with strict 9 to 5, it doesn’t really exist in client service… you might want to consider a change in career if that is the goal?
No work life balance in my experience at Fleishman. Minimum 50-hour work week, with high expectation of it being billable. I don’t recommend. Can’t speak for the others
