Does anyone know if the same 401k rules apply at EY as Accenture so they will cap the contributions coming for your check say if you hit the yearly limits in August? So if you hit the 22,500 in 23 there is no way to go over for tax issues. Thinking to frontload next year contributions if market is down. EY

Amazon's registry is awesome, as others have said. Our most used items have been cast iron skillets in various sizes. We also upgraded a couple things in our kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom (new sheets, towels, etc.)

Someone got me a nice camera to capture the memories of life. It was nice. I use it a lot but I can see most people already having a nice camera so the 2nd choice would be tupperware lol use it a lot but no one wants to invest in nice tupperware containers

We love to cook and bake a lot. So we definitely went for the kitchen upgrade. New dishes, pots and pans, bakeware, kitchen aid mixer, various other gadgets. We also got some nice upgraded bedding that I’ve really enjoyed and probably wouldn’t have paid that much for myself.

In all seriousness - I got a few cute salt and pepper shakers that were unique and had a personal touch, and I use those. I skipped the whole fancy China thing. Husband added a dart board - we use that, too.
Kitchen aid mixer, vitamin, nice every day dining and servingware (not China). Basically, upgraded kitchen stuff that I wont buy for myself.
Vitamix. Cutlery. Pots/pans. Fire pit.
Pick a store you want stuff from, add things to your list at various price points, return everything and have store credit, make purchases as needed. AmaZon also has a registry!

We didn't have a registry and opted for "no boxed gifts" since cash is king. My wife used care and barrel for her bridal shower registry though.
